Your order may be sent out several times if certain products are out of stock.

We will send you the products in stock in a first parcel, and the products being restocked in a second parcel when the time comes.

DELIVERY TIMES:

Our strategy is simple: keep as much stock as possible so that we can deliver quickly.

We therefore systematically specify on each product sheet whether the product is in stock in our warehouse in Le Soler and, if not, we indicate a delivery date.

So there are no nasty surprises for you.

CARRIER:

For generating sets weighing more than 30 kgs, delivery takes place within 2 to 4 days

For small parcels weighing less than 30 kgs, delivery is made within 24 to 48 hours by the CHRONOPOST carrier.

FOLLOW-UP:

As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking link.

This will allow you to follow the progress of your order.
