If all the products in your basket are in stock, the order will be prepared immediately:

Your order may be sent out several times if certain products are out of stock.

We will send you the products in stock in a first parcel, and the products being restocked in a second parcel when the time comes.

Our strategy is simple: keep as much stock as possible so that we can deliver quickly.

We therefore systematically specify on each product sheet whether the product is in stock in our warehouse in Le Soler and, if not, we indicate a delivery date.

So there are no nasty surprises for you.

For generating sets weighing more than 30 kgs, delivery takes place within 2 to 4 days

by the SCHENKER carrier, who will systematically make an appointment with you by telephone.

For small parcels weighing less than 30 kgs, delivery is made within 24 to 48 hours by the CHRONOPOST carrier.

As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking link.

This will allow you to follow the progress of your order.

If you have any problems with delivery, don't hesitate to contact us on 01 60 04 01 89

Please take the time to check the product before signing for it. If you have any problems with it, please refuse it and contact us.

All product returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.

If you wish to return the parcel to us, you will be responsible for the carriage costs.

Please note! If you are unable to find a transport solution to return the product to us, we can schedule a collection for you using our transport company.

The returned product must be in its original packaging, clean, empty (no petrol or oil) and have been running for less than 1 hour.

Does your product arrive damaged?

Refuse to sign the delivery note unless you have reservations, and refuse the goods.

The DGCCRF warns that "as soon as the consumer takes possession of the goods, the risks (...) are transferred to them". The DGCCRF points out that: "Consequently, it is important not to sign the delivery note until you have checked the contents of the package and the condition of the goods"
